About Aleza Bakery

I’m Alejandra Zapien, and baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Mexico, the kitchen was the heart of our home. My parents owned a bakery, following in the footsteps of my grandfather before them. Even after my father took a break to explore other ventures, he returned to the world of baking about 15 years ago—reviving a family tradition that has always been close to our hearts.

Aleza Bakery began as a personal dream: just me, my love for baking, and a desire to share that joy with others. What started in our home kitchen has grown into a true family business. Today, my husband Jorge plays a key role in helping this dream flourish, and our children, Maria and Patricio, each contribute their time, energy, and creativity to what we do. Together, we’re taking a big step forward—moving from our home kitchen into our very first commercial space.

At Aleza Bakery, everything we make is rooted in family, tradition, and the simple belief that desserts have the power to bring people together. Each cake and pastry tells a piece of our story—and we’re honored to share that with you.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We hope our treats bring a little extra sweetness to your day!
